Does everyone from Walker talk the same? I heard Ard say, "had went" and other simple grammatical errors. I had a boss once from there and in meetings I would cringe at her speech in front of big wigs and it was just like this fool.

From what I've heard, the cupcakes story is false. The kids at that school were asked about it and answered that the teacher had never brought cupcakes to school

If you set up an appointment with the Sheriff to discuss a complaint you have about an employee of his agency and that doesn't meet the hurdle of a "formal complaint", I wonder what does? I think something stinks here and I think you are correct.

The formal complaint filing process starts with a verbal filing of said complaint. Then a verbal investigation takes place. Then one of your deputies is arrest for raping kids when another agency conducts a real investigation.

LSP should be looked at too, IMO.

There are a number of incidents in Le Baw’s last that should have ended up in his file yet nothing of the sort ended up in there.

And as was suggested upthread, I’m sure all those guys standing behind Ard in the presser have empty files too.

Intentional frickery to keep anything from being actually recorded when legitimate incidents have been brought up (ex - restraining order) show that Ard has been gaming the system to cover for his guys. It just caught him BIG TIME because one of them got caught by a bigger agency doing heinous shite.

It was terrible. He did so much deflecting, and it was painfully transparent. The whole BS about "identifying the victim" made him sound like a child.
