He said 100 times that he was a criminal.
Think he came back and the end to add "alleged" just because of the legal sense of - "innocent until proven guilty".
But he did say that he saw enough with his own eyes in the AG's file to call him a criminal... or something along those lines.

The way I understand it, the BRPD cop wasn't looking to throw Denny under the jail...just let Ard know he had a fricking whacko working for him. I've heard after the BRPD officer met with Ard, Denny was stalking the shite out of his family.

Ard conducted investigations for 28 years... They have alot of investigations to go back and re-work. The simple jack of investigators.
