Lafleur's head hit the wall causing a large knot on the left side of her face. According to the probable cause affidavit, Lafleur believed her jaw to be broken. The inmate was immediately seen by medical staff on duty. Further medical examination is possible. "The evidence supported the arrest that Corporal Leglue did intentionally perform this act in an unlawful manner. She is no longer employed by the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office," said Sheriff Ard.
