Split the city and make a new city.
Let NBR become its own city.
Then let BR be separate of them.
Now you have lower crime rates in BR.

It always cracks me up to watch people like him say that every problem is caused by white folks and the only solution to every problem is white folks.

However, he'll never mention that shitty family structure and shitty ghetto culture in general just breeds crime.
Single parent homes cause much of the poverty in NBR. You can get a job that pays enough to pull yourself out of poverty if you show up, can pass a drug test and are willing to work.

Well, he's right in saying crime would decrease if poverty were lower and more people working. He's wrong about the reason that's an issue. A community commitment to education and strong family units are what's missing in NBR and employment won't increase in that community until the village starts holding itself accountable for low performance/participation in education, low participation in apprenticeships/trades training and high parental involvement in the community and schools.

White folks are racist for investing and moving into poor areas and they're equally as racist from moving away from poor areas.

Gravy, black men in prison isn't the reason black families are fractured.
It's the lack of the men sticking around after fathering children.

There is literally no scenario where white people aren't demonized besides the scenario of giving the folks of NBR everything they want and shutting the frick up.
Which is fine with me. Imploding the city quickly is really the best option in the long run.

1. Chattel slavery
2. Code Noir
3. Jim Crowe
4. Seperate But Equal
5. Great Society
6. Section 8
7. No Child Left Behind
8. Red-Lining/racial covenents
9. The War on Drugs
10. Voting Rights Act
All of the above do or did oppress black communities. Most were eliminated over half a century ago, but black culture has embraced 5-7, glorifies activities that cause them to be targeted by 9, and have their votes diluted by 10.

First time drug offenses should have very lenient punishment, but the punishment should get exponential from there on.
(except weed, which should be fricking legal already and generating tax revenue like alcohol)

I love how Gravy blames it on the imprisonment of black fathers.
Amiri King dude stopped doing stupid shite 15 years ago and hasn't been arrested since. It's simple. Stop breaking the law.

So according to Gravy, there's only two people that can employ black people, the dope man and black small business owners. I guess no one else is allowed to.

The poverty = violence narrative is also crap
Poor white and Hispanic areas of the US are incredibly less violent than their black counterparts
