You made the best choice. Billy's is overrated. Everyone I know that makes the hop across the street agrees it's better. Those jalapeno cream cheese boudin balls makes Billy's pepper Jack balls its bitch. Kartchner's hog head cheese is the bomb too, along with their sausage and anduille. Hell, everything they make is freaking delicious.

If you're coming from the BR area just for Billy's. Just go on up to the Francis Smoke House Deli in St Francisville. It's just as good as Billy's and right on 61.

You have lost your mind. Billy’s pepper jack balls are way better than anything at kartchners.

As someone who drives through there 4 times a week.... Billy’s boudin isn’t even close. And everyone who I’ve taken there, agree. I don’t even like Billy’s boudin anymore.

Everytime i go home to visit family in Louisiana load up the freezer from them. Havent had any boudin in years
