Senior football players used to get a free Linda's Chicken shake from the coach. Of course that ended when I was a senior.

That's place is a shithole. Sat down to eat once and the ants were crawling out of the salt shakers. I moved across the room and the same thing there. I told management that they had an any problem to which he replied "yeah they bad tonight". We walked out. Fu k that place.

I haven't been back to Watson in years (graduated from Live Oak in 1990), and I didn't know they'd built a new Linda's. I remember the old white building (was it cinder block?) with the walk-up window, through which the morbidly obese woman would hand your order to you. Damn good chicken...
