I agree she lacks the leadership skills and experience needed for a county the size of Harris County.
There was a huge drop off of leadership when Ed was replaced by her.
Her daily press conferences are a disaster and painful to watch.

Ed was great cause he could put his foot down on who ever the mayor was. Now we have conflicting party’s giving out unclear orders.
That's my exact sentiments.
I really think she wasn't expecting to win the election. Ed was basically running unopposed an she threw her name in the hat to pad her resume. Low and behold she won because of straight ticket voting and now she's a deer in headlights.
The fact that the police, the mayor do not respect her speaks volume.
