People hate her because
1) she’s a dem
2) she’s young

4) smarter than 98% of the people that hate her
There’s only one demographic of people that seem to hate her....
This consists of most of the non masks wearers

My main issue is her credentials were horrifically unqualified. The moves you see made are those perpetrated by Ellis/Garcia. She’s their puppet.
Also, her personal agenda is to divert valuable infrastructure funding to go to hospitals, community programs for illegals, etc. Did you miss her legal defense fund for illegals?
That’s NOT how the county funding is to be allocated. It never was.
Ed Emmett was not going to come back for re-election, but after this it looks like he is very seriously thinking about it. He will win.

This has absolutely nothing to do with public safety.

You clearly are not informed.. at all. There were a lot of hispanics and blacks at the protests surrounding some of her nonsense related to CV. Guess why? Because there are a hell of a lot of hispanic and black owned businesses. Your point #3 sure shows your inherent racism.

I don’t think she is nearly as bad as AOC. She isn’t the attention whore that AOC is.
I don’t follow day to day Harris county operations and doubt any of us really do. For the most part she seems like a smart person but is a bit over her head.
My biggest beef with the leadership is that her and turner are consistently in a pissing match. They talk out the sides of each other’s mouth. I think that’s largely due to her inexperience and not having the confidence in her role.
Ed was great cause he could put his foot down on who ever the mayor was. Now we have conflicting party’s giving out unclear orders.
It sucks for the city that we have growing pains during covid and last year’s very preventable flood shitshow
