Saw a group of 8-10 of them last Christmas, and no it wasn't reindeer.

I heard of some guys that got hold of a cylinder of helium, filled a bunch of garbage bags, stuck them under a net, and dangled a bunch of lights (glowsticks?) and turned it loose.

You absolutely can fly your UAV at night with an authorization and proper lighting. It's even easier now with LAANC. And the airspace around that location is class G to 700 AGL.
Yea I corrected myself. The rules were different when I got my pilot’s license, I didn’t realize they updated everything with remote ID in May

movement and fact that I've seen 1, 2, or many at time rules out ISS, satellites, and meteor showers.

Maybe some artifacts got added when you gifed it, because it clearly doesn't look like this in the still image, but I swear I see an outline/dark silhouette of a blimp in the gif version. Like it's a string of lights on a blimp.

You saw the end of practice for the Hammond air show today. The part you observed was the end of the coordinated twilight demonstration. Come out and see it today and you’ll identify the same flow.
It seems few people read threads before posting, or else they want to believe something other than the obvious.

Satellites move left to right, up and down, and occasionally slow down or speed up? Serious question?

Looks like a night time scene from Apocalypse Now

I always find it interesting that technological superior aliens can travel light years yet need some type of lights when they get here. LOL!

I was at the show today and not one time was there more than 4 planes in a formation at a time so this was not the case.
