Lights in the sky over Millerville/Old Hammond ***EDIT*** Added video

About an hour ago there were at least a dozen or so slow-moving lights moving across the sky coming from the northeast and moving west.
That's about half of what eventually showed up.
My two guesses are:
1. Drones
---But that's restricted airspace and they were well above the trees.
2. Chinese lanterns
---But they moved both in unison at some times and in different directions at other times (and the breeze is going northwest while these were moving due west).
Thoughts?

Adding video.

I'm not saying it's aliens. But it's aliens.

Reflection. The lights are in front of the tree, not beyond it.

Swamp gas from a weather balloon trapped in a thermal pocket reflecting the light from Venus.

My guess would be Chinese lanterns. Different layers of air can be moving in different directions - it's how hot air balloon pilots are able to steer.

Nope. They were behind it. The direction I'm facing to take the picture is northeast. They came from the east (so from behind the trees to the right in a 15-ish degree angle, from being behind the line of trees to well above them then seemed to go north.
If you look closely at the top of the tree between the two rows of lights (the two lights to the right, the three to the left) you can see the glow of lights behind the tree, just barely peeking through the leaves.

What lights? There are lights in that pic. Does anyone else see lights in that pic? Nope? Didn't think so.

I've always wondered how they steered (not enough to ask about it though). #TIL

Definitely not drones. Can’t fly after civil twilight or in restricted airspace, and I doubt a bunch of unlicensed pilots are taking their 15 drones for a joyride in a tight group at night
