Life likely won’t return to normal until sometime next summer or fall

The spanish flu started in the spring of 1918 and lasted until the April of 1920. Just about two years.

Of course modern medicine has improved exponentially, but we have a much larger population for this virus to circulate in. By the time a vaccine is out, administered on a large scale, starts to have some effect, and cases start dropping for good across the board, likely won’t be until the spring.

Hope you all are prepared to kiss 12-18 months of your life goodbye as we deal with these ridiculous measures for another year.

The virus will kill who it wants to kill. At this point all we are doing is adding collateral damage, by screwing small business owners out of their life’s work.

I wish this would be a lesson to people to take of your bodies. You could do yourself and the health care system so much good by simply taking care of your body. Give yourself a better chance to fight off disease. The same people calling non mask wearers selfish are the same people eating 4,000 calories a day and smoking a pack of cigarettes. Seems quite selfish to waste healthcare resources because you can’t eat right or exercise.
