I spent an unhealthy amount of time shooting birds off my mom’s bird feeders.

Kathy Irelands SI swimsuit issue

Used to take apart any and ever device I could find. Old tvs, toasters, lawnmowers. Just take them apart and try to put them back together.

I found a number written on the back of a book I had when at UGA in the 90s and kept all these years. It belonged to one of the girls that I used to **date** and who also lived next door in the same apartment complex back then.

Try to have sex with women. Now I just beat off and have no desire to go out of the house.

Actually wrote checks and mailed out bills. Now I pay virtually everything online.

This. I was twelve when I saw First Blood on HBO in 1984 and was immediately inspired to build booby traps in the acres of woods behind our house.

I still burn CDS. Sometimes you just want to flip through a CD and not stare at Spotify.

OK maybe I’m outing myself as an idiot, but what the hell is going on ITT? Is there an inside joke here that I’m missing?

I do not understand some of the answers here. Hunting? Fishing? I’m not understanding how computers/cellphones made these things you don’t need to do anymore.

You didn’t “need” to do them before, so I’m assuming that you “liked” doing them and now you don’t like them because of cellphones and computers?

Again, if I’m the idiot here feel free to say so. Or just downvote with no comment and I’ll leave and continue being completely confused for a little bit longer.

Remember the kids in school that came up with nonsensical answers and you wondered what the hell their thought process was, if they even had one?

Yeah, they post on the internet now.

There have been some good answers though.

Had magazines and newspapers to shite with. My parents had a stack of magazines on the back of the toilet and a basket full of magazines next to the toilet.

If there was a question you didn't know the answer to you had to look it up in an encyclopedia, look for a book from the library or ask your friends. Wondering what those song lyrics are? If you don't have access to the liner notes you're shite out of luck. Wondering who that actress is? You'll spend the next two years wondering.
