Mine is simple:

Company
Office #; Cell #
Why do people have to get so robust. A guy just send me an email with a 10 line long signature. Why do you put your email in your sig? You literally just sent me an email!!!!! Worst I’ve seen:

Office phone
Cell phone
Fax number
Email address
Company website

You really should have your email address in your signature since the one in the from line often gets stripped out during replies and forwards.

The stupid illegible script name in the signature gets me every time.
