Well there really aren’t that many McDonald’s when you think about it.

If earth satellites can be geosynchronous, would satellites around the moon be called geosynchronous or would they be lunar-synchronous? And how feasible would lunar satellites be? I'm sure Elon has this figured out but it keeps me up at night.

If you could travel at the speed of light, you would experiences no time from your perspective. You would instantly cross whatever distance you wanted to travel.

If fridge is short for refrigerator then why does fridge have a D in it when refrigerator does not?

That is the first question to answer.
Cost of satellite

It is like internet in the rural areas. Costs exceed income stream.

Ilhan being sent home would raise the average IQ of the US and Somalia.

Satellites scanning for gold and rare moon minerals could become quite lucrative. Scanning and mapping simultaneously would be a game changer.

I might fully retire to the Villages but I don’t like golf. I’m going for the demographics.

Those delicious looking laundry pods are not made for human consumption.

there are more stars than grains of sand...just blows my mind
Even crazier
This means there are roughly 10,000 to 100,000 stars in the cosmos for every single grain of sand on a beach.
The Exception: All Earth Sand Combined
If you count all the sand on Earth—including the sand deep in vast deserts, riverbeds, and the ocean floor—some calculations suggest the total number of sand grains could rise to 10²° or higher. Even with desert and ocean sand included, stars in the observable universe still outnumber them by a massive margin, though comparisons become closer depending on how sand is measured.

There is probably a moment in your life that meant almost nothing to you but became one of someone else's most important memories.
