It’s odd.

I track my workouts through an app. And per that analysis the app does, I’m very active above the normal.

But I’m fat too.

So I feel conflicted

I’m the ONLY person in my life circle that exercises. I know no one else that does, no gym just walk / jog the old fashion way. So, that number seems extremely inflated.

I looked around my office yesterday and was sort of disgusted. Everyone was just a slob and unattractive. Even the younger people. Male and female. On top of being fat, soft, or weak looking people today are as unkept as ever. We have a very nice gym in our building. I go in the mornings and there never anyone in there. Occasionally go at lunch and there may be 4-5 people. This is a gym that shared between three different high rises.

I prob get close to 150 minutes in a day.

Being physically fit will be the number one sign of wealth in the near future. People with time and ability to exercise effectively and eat right are far more likely to be upper middle class or upper class

fats are everywhere.

I don't understand how somebody without a disability preventing them could let themselves go like that. It makes every part of life harder. People at work don't take you seriously, first impressions are that you're lazy, and you leave sweat marks on everything.

The OT baws who are 5’10”, 250lbs and “just need to lose 20 lbs” get plenty of exercise.

Yeah someone jerking off with their Fitbit on shouldn’t count toward the “exercises enough” total

I do 60 min of cardio on the elliptical 4 times a week, so I’m good to go.

At least in the age of Ozempic we are now allowed to believe our eyes and no longer have to pretend that obese people weren’t living fork to mouth to achieve their gelatinous, unappealing, unhealthy figures.

I think long commutes and hectic home life is what is keeping people from exercise. Both also make it difficult to cook at home, so people will go for Sysco seed oil slop at whatever restaurant they go to.

If cities were run by competently, people wouldn't be afraid to live closer to where they work.

As someone who's lost a ton of weight, intermittent fasting and home body exercises or kettlebells work very well

47% Americans are getting enough exercise.
Also, 45% of Americans are complete liars.
