Cute that you think the defense won't use it and call every member of EPA connected with that study to the stand.

Why?
They developed it.

Also, if my memory serves me right rhey are the only manufacturer. Any thing that has Roundup in it or sold under a private label comes from them.

I worked for one of the companies which made their version of Roundup. It is called Touchdown. The reason that Monsanto (Bayer) is the main one being sued is because they produce the glyphosate A.I., the other companies buy the glyphosate from them, and blend it to make their product. Once the product was thought to cause cancer almost everyone except Monsanto stopped producing their versions of Roundup. Monsanto apparently knew the dangers for years, and did not reveal. This is why they are mainly the only one being sued.

I didn't say the defense won't use it. I'm sure they will.

What I'm saying is that juries are not bound by logic, especially in corporate trials where an individual's well being is not on the line.

What dangers?

How does one narrow it down to roundup when a person is exposed to thousands of chemicals over a lifetime?

Cute that you think the jury will give two shits about facts. It's California.

I think it's been proven that California causes cancer.

Just look at the malignancy that has overtaken Oregon, Washington, Colorado.....Now they are working on Texas.

I should have said alleged dangers. my error, as i don't believe there is any danger. We had operators dumping bulk bags of glyphosate into reactors for blending for years, and Monsanto did too for many, many more years. We didn't begin blending Touchdown until late 2003, and ended it in 2014. If it causes cancer these operators should have been the first to be victims. Now whether any Monsanto operators had, or have cancer, and they have kept that information out of the news, which i don't see how they could. surly those families would file suit, I don't know.

You won't catch cancer, but you'll get sick as hell just like if you drank a jerrycan of oh just about anything.

Case already happened. Jury found Monsanto liable for exposing individuals to “carcinogens” in Round Up.

It wasn’t based on any sound science.
