Round Up isn’t the only weed killer manufacturer that uses glyphosate and in fact, others use a higher concentration of it, but they’re the only one to be sued so far.

Why?

Doesn't matter. EPA has already concluded that glyophosate does not cause cancer. Their case is shot.

Bayer bought Monsanto a couple years ago.

RoundUp is their branded formulation of glyphosate.

You can buy glyphosate under about 15 other names.

Sometimes it sucks being the proprietary eponym.

Won’t stop the attempt.

And at this point, I think that California has proven that everything causes cancer. They just don’t say at what concentration it takes to pull it off.

If I go drink a jerrycan of Roundup, I MIGHT catch cancer but that’s if I don’t die in the meantime from the more immediate effects.

But a jury has already awarded a multiple hundred million dollar verdict, have they not? Or was that the baby powder jury? I get my product liability lawyer commercials confused.

It's cute that you think a jury of average intelligence or less has to go by what the EPA says.

Newer commercials are including the generic glyphosate, now.

Next up, for the TV advertisers, is the Boy Scouts of America for sexual abuse.
