'm happy for yall. Hope there is great news for way more people than we thought.

Thanks man. I’m normally a fairly anxiety free guy, but these past few days have been brutal; I’m sure that applies to everyone in this situation.

I hope for the best for everyone and hope they receive the same type of news.

Considering it was cat4 eye wall going thru there, I feel like not as bad as I was expecting

My parents are back in Forked Island. Only some shingle damage. Waiting to see if the tidal surge will continue farther North. They are dry so far.

Great news. Hopefully they're out of the woods. And shingles are an EASY fix.

theyre probably going to have to assess the bridge for damage given what happened with the isle of capri boat.
wouldn't doubt if DODT cut the cables and pushed the boat towards the bridge saying “big money, big money, yo 11!”

Video of a guy driving around downtown LC. The downtown took it on the chin. It's pretty bad. A few 100+ year old buildings gone and it does look like the statue is gone too.

Heck no man! My parents hate those things. That was a great neighborhood to grow up in as a kid. Dead end road with no traffic.
