Haha he’s been spewing facts for the last hour. Showing maps and everything. He finally took a break to eat and drink something. Calm down

I've been watching Jeff streams for years. He hit gold with Harvey but he's been a useless sack of crap other than that.

Hospital worker, plus my parents didn’t want to leave. Found out late yesterday from work I could be on the Hurricane relief team, but parents still wanted to stay. This afternoon they started to rethink, but it was hard to find a hotel that took pets that had a room.

Yeah, the appeal of Jeff is he got himself stuck a car wash during the eyewall of a stalling Cat 4 and we thought he was going to die.

Hayes, which I had never heard of but doesn’t seem all that far from LC.

Hayes is southeast of LC, I haven't been thru there in years but can't imagine a hotel there that I'd be willing to stay in for a hurricane

56 sustained gusting t 82 mph at Calcasieu Pass

Pressure of 983 millibars

Pressure has a long way to go to get to ~940 so wind will continue to increase
