you definitely have a complete black out, minus maybe the cardinal directions screw up.

I remember it was midnight Friday night/Saturday morning that I checked the track for Katrina, and it had shifted from the Florida panhandle to right up the poop chute of New Orleans. I knew all hell was going to break loose when everyone woke up and see the shift.

We got up early Saturday morning at the camp, checked the track and they hadn't quite called for the shift just yet....so we went fishing just South of Houma.....while we were out there we heard Nagin and the Gov on WWL Radio calling for evacuations....I never made it back home until Sept 9th after having 4' a water sitting in my house for almost 2 weeks....my wife had to pack up all our valuables as well as an 18 month old baby and evacuate by herself

I got the stop sign a few times back in the beginning when the models were showing both storms next to each other, inducing lots of titty jokes.

Also, Rummy definitely talked about Austin already.

My parents are evacuating. They live in Lumberton which looks like it would get slammed by the east side. My dad is in the process of retiring and they have their home up fro sale to move back to LA. :( My mom is so upset and nervous.

Yeah if you live in a place called fricking "Lumberton" I think it's a valid assumption falling trees may be an issue in a hurricane
