18z Euro EPS, wondering if there are currently some Data Assimilation issues with the Euro? Or maybe the upper level environment is just too hostile out in front of these waves?

but got damn, I’ve got 1700 acres of corn ready to harvest. Going to be some long days ahead.

Why so late? Here in Louisiana, they have about 90% already up.

So, what is your best guess? I do take your word as a grain of salt.

Same for the HAFS-B, which hasn't been doing much with the system.

I’m in central MS. LA typically runs about 10 days ahead of us, and we didn’t get to plant much early corn in Mississippi so we’re about 10 days behind our normal pace anyway.

Got you. Fellows that went early here had hit it just right. Week later, we had a shite load of rain with warm weather. Those guys had a two week late planting. Reason there is still corn in the fields here.

Oh, cane guys are planting new fields out the arse now hoping for a small storm/rain to come. Them guys around me are going to make bank this year. Best I had saw for cane in years.

tonight Levi laid out a good explanation as to why models are struggling with 98L specifically and why the window is still open for both systems

ICON still likes both systems. Would be a bit unusual, but it is 2020 after all.

After looking at some of the 00Z models, I'm going to bed. It feels like Wayne's World: "game on...car...game on...car"
