Not built YET. Final design of first plant is being massaged. It won't be operational for easily 6 months. It will make that crappy tight shale crude more desirable.

Guy, you are full of shite. You are not building a plant or working with the Ukrainians on technology “not found in Silicon Valley”. You sit on here all day.

You do have some knowledge but exaggerate to the nth degree. What’s the point in making stuff up?

I'm not building a plant but supplying equipment to it. One must understand what is going on with the design to do that. Some engineer you are. Exxon in College Station? Actually the technology provider is a former chem E for Exxon Chemical who has specialized in hydrogenation projects. He designed the IPA plant at Exxon Chemical in Baton Rouge. For those not chemical literate (like you) IPA equals Isopropyl Alcohol.

No I don't sit here all day long. I generally start work at 4AM and take breaks during the day.

You're clueless and easily fooled by fake news.

And isn't the main problem that the firefighters don't have water? Did Zelensky steal all of California's water?

I tell you, Zelensky has got to be the greatest criminal mastermind the world has ever seen. He causes hurricanes in North Carolina and wildfires in California. Every natural disaster in America is caused directly by him.

Ukraine, Ukraine, Ukraine.

God damn wake up once and have a thought about the United States.

Oh, all right. What issue is it that about which you're so desperate for my opinion? I'm truly honored that reading my Ukraine opinions isn't enough for you. Do you want to subscribe to my Substack?

ISW update jan 9

quote:

Key Takeaways:

Ukraine's Western partners reiterated their support for Ukraine and their commitment to the development of Ukraine's defense industrial base (DIB) at the Ukraine Defense Contact Group at Ramstein Air Base in Germany on January 9.

Ukraine's Western partners announced additional military aid packages at Ramstein Air Base on January 9.

Russian elites and high-ranking security officials are reportedly frustrated with Russian President Vladimir Putin's efforts to wage a full-scale war in Ukraine with half measures and are increasingly concerned with Putin's timeline to end the war.

High-ranking Russian security officials appear to be assessing that Russia needs to intensify its war in Ukraine rather than seek an exit via negotiations.

Russian elites' reported diagnosis of the main problem with Russia's conduct of the war is inaccurate, as Russia's failure to restore maneuver to the battlefield — not a shortage of manpower — is the main factor causing Russia's relatively slow rate of advance.

Meduza's report indicates that Russia's security elite — like Putin himself — is uninterested in a negotiated and peaceful resolution to the war in the near future.

A Russian opposition investigative outlet reported that Russian authorities have turned a pretrial detention center (SIZO) in Taganrog, Voronezh Oblast into a torture center for Ukrainian prisoners of war (POWs) and imprisoned Ukrainian civilians.

The UN condemned the recent surge in Russian executions of Ukrainian POWs.

The Armenian government approved a draft law on January 9, beginning Armenia's accession process into the EU.

Russian forces recently advanced near Borova and Pokrovsk and in Kursk Oblast.

Ukrainian forces recently advanced near Sudzha.

Russian officials continue to indicate that the Kremlin intends to further militarize the Russian government and Russian society in the long term.

I think 2008 ended any idea of EU and NATO integration in Georgia.

The Armenians are morons however.

Ukraine’s air raid targets Russian defense industry facilities disguised as civil factories

10.01.2025 11:23

The head of the Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Andriy Kovalenko, says Ukraine attacked “disguised” defense industry facilities in Russia’s Rostov and Leningrad regions.

That’s according to the official’s post on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"Disguised defense industry facilities were attacked in Russia’s Rostov and Leningrad regions. Russia is passing off defense plants as civil ones, trying to hide their actual production. But we are aware of everything," the report says.

I'm drinking coffee and about to do some work. Maybe the fake engineer from College Station will help me write several proposals the next few hours. See the rest of you later.
