But Laura Ingraham said that Russia is dominating Ukraine.

Russia loses record number of soldiers in one day

Iryna Balachuk — Tuesday, 12 November 2024, 07:53

Ukrainian defence forces have inflicted a record number of Russian losses over the past day – 1,950 in terms of personnel killed and wounded – and they also destroyed 81 Russian armoured vehicles.

Ukraine is out of bodies to fight. Talked to a buddy of mine who just got back from Europe. He had an uber driver that was Ukrainian. And he confirmed, that there is no one left to fight that war. Ukraine will NEVER win this war. All of their fighting age men are dead, which is why they are forcefully conscripting 50 year old men into service.

The only thing our tax dollars do, is feed the Democrat war machine. Tax payer billions go there, Zelensky takes his cut, then distributes to shell companies that "donate" this money back to the Democrat party. The remaining money is used to purchase weapons that do nothing but prolong the war.

I know this thread doesn't want to hear this, but they have already lost the war.

The fact that Ukraine survives means they won this war. Putin is the one who has lost. Even if he gains complete control of the Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts (aka the Donbas) all he would have gained is villages, towns, and cities in ruins whose population has fled west to Ukraine. Russia has suffered 750,000 or so casualties to conquer territory that it cannot afford to rebuild.

ETA: If Ukraine is out of bodies, how are they able to inflict almost 2,000 casualties on Russia in a single day?

[quote]To those of us who occasionally pop in and out, it appears "forever war" is the preferable outcome for most in this thread.[/

And as a regular I can attest to the fact that no one here wants thd war to last forever.
Now you can go back to the PT board and not worry about us any longer.

I'm not sure depleting your country of it's war fighting population is a win in anyone's book. Except for maybe Zelensky.

No one under 25 has even been conscripted. It's true that Ukraine is struggling with manpower issues. It's false that they have no one left to fight.

You were just relating a story about some dude talking to a "Ukrainian" cab driver in Europe. I think you are swimming in PROPAGANDA yourself.

2) Now that Russia has moved to a wartime economy, it can't stop. It's civilian industry is now screwed. And it can't compete on the international stage. And it doesn't make much to begin with. And it doesn't have many customers. So it's life is now war. If it stops waging war, it will collapse. And Putin goes down in a coup.

I find difficult to completely agree with his other points, but this point is 100% true.

And increasing American energy production will hurt their economy regardless.

Use your brain. Ukraine is not out of people to fight. Both Russia and Ukraine have sustained less than a million casualties. Ukraine has 1.2 million people in the active military and another 2.5 million reserves. The math just does not add up. Sorry but you are the one falling for propaganda. Ukraine's manpower problems are the result of a conscription system left over from the Soviet Union and a stupid law that does not let them conscript anyone under the age of 25.

I guess you never looked at the actual "expenditures" due you took what is popular among Politards and Tucker's Stupid Phuckers as gospel. 2/3 of these expenditures is rebuilding munitions plants which Clinton and Obama paid for with taxpayer money to decommission and tear down. The weapons sent to Ukraine were collecting dust on taxpayer funded storage soace, They haven't been in service for 30 years.

Then again, you have obviously never owned or run a business and understand basic accounting procedures

Let me guess, your news comes from the media.

Geez man...get a grip. I'm sorry your war isn't going the way you want it.

LINK

quote:

The total budget authority under these bills—the “headline” figure often cited by news media—is $175 billion.

quote:

It’s important to note that of the $175 billion total, only $106 billion directly aids the government of Ukraine. Most of the remainder is funding various U.S. activities associated with the war in Ukraine, and a small portion supports other affected countries in the region.

quote:

A large share of the money in the aid bills is spent in the United States, paying for American factories and workers to produce the various weapons that are either shipped to Ukraine

So, not just some rusty old .22's being sent to Ukraine. Again, TAX PAYER DOLLARS, that you geniuses think is "free money".

Total expenditures by country

Gov't support to Ukraine: Type of Assistance January 2022 - August 2024

ALL TAXPAYER FUNDED

Military Aid = $60.2 billion
Humanitarian Aid = $3.1 billion
Financial Aid = $26.5 billion

not directly no, but they hint about it.

now the russian trolls are much more direct

been in this thread since the start and was reluctantly supportive of our support in the war at first. Still feel like our ROI was pretty good. i took russia at its word that it wanted the balkins and to get the russian empire back.

but at some point, shite has to end or europe can completely fund it.

What's the propaganda? Do you people even know what propaganda is? I'm relaying second hand knowledge from a friend who was in the region. I'd say that knowledge is more relevant than anything you get from the media.
