And what we are doing is so incredibly wasteful. We spend billions on Patriot missiles to shoot down Russian missiles, but we could spend a lot less and let Ukraine hit the planes and launch sites.

Sounds like they cant "make war" either. Running up north to kill a bunch of trees instead of standing and fighting for what's left of their country.
