Anyone else watching this mysterious chatter from Serbia? Seems to be relative to Kosovo,
Yes, it's about Kosovo.

Yesterday, marked the 25th anniversary of NATO’s intervention against Serbia in 1999 to halt the human rights abuses perpetrated against the ethnic Albanian population in Kosovo.
Today, the U.N. Security Council, at Russia’s request, plans to discuss NATO’s intervention. This will kick off yet another round of Russian disinformation about NATO’s supposed aggression against Serbia, Moscow’s closest ally in the Balkans. This is part of the Kremlin’s effort to paint NATO and the United States as hostile actors, thereby justifying Russia’s own aggression against Ukraine and other European countries.

Serbia wanting to get frisky again?

Either that or Vucic has been made aware of some sort of threat in the next 24-36 hours or so based on his comment, which given the subject could also just be an excuse to get frisky.

France set to deliver 78 more CAESAR self propelled howitzers along with 80,000 155 mm shells.

The Camion Équipé d'un Système d'Artillerie (English: "Truck equipped with an artillery system") or CAESAR[2] is a French 155 mm, 52-caliber self-propelled howitzer that can fire 39/52 caliber NATO-standard shells. It is installed on a 6x6 or 8x8 truck chassis. Equipped with an autonomous weapon network incorporating an inertial navigation system and ballistic computer, the CAESAR can accurately strike targets more than 40 kilometres (25 mi) away using "Extended Range, Full Bore" (ERFB) ammunition with base bleed,[3] or targets over 55 kilometres (34 mi) away using rocket-assisted or smart ammunition.

There’s one extraordinary front page today in Russia which sums up Moscow’s attempts to link Ukraine and the West to the Crocus City concert hall massacre. #ReadingRussia

Damn, only 1025 rounds per weapon system. Better than nothing I guess.

You could find all that over on the PT board.

Russian State TV (Simonyan's show) discussing the attack with footage. They try heaping blame on the US because we warned our citizens in Russia about possible attacks. They conveniently leave out we warned their government too and Putin dismissed it in an address.

Did I miss their evidence of this?
At 6:08.
Saw some interviews of parents from a children's dance event in another part of the building that said their first escape attempt found emergency exits locked.
Curious coincidences at this point, but I wouldn't put it past Putin to enable this for its emotional and political value.

Now both Ukraine and Russia are using Claymore mines with airburst on drones.

Listen to some YouTube guy (former intelligence guys, can't remember his name). He said we warned them about a pending attack from ISIS on March 3rd. Putin wanted proof but it would have compromised our intelligence gathering tactics, so we didn't provide it.
Also said Putin blaming Ukraine is an attempt to rally the people because they're about to mobilize another large number of conscripts, a move that's not going to be popular.

In the link I posted above they show video of people finding doors locked and someone said break them open.
Solovyoz on State TV (it was linked earlier in the thread) mentioned recent concerts had significant police security but this one only had 3 private security guards for the entire venue. Not sure if it is true.

Here is a link to the Putin address that called the intelligence "western blackmail", obviously before the attack. IIRC it was made on the 19th.

Reuters: Russia turns to Belarusian gasoline amid decreasing domestic supplies
by Martin Fornusek and The Kyiv Independent news desk March 27, 2024 11:39 PM
Russia is increasing imports of gasoline from Belarus to avert possible shortages connected to recent Ukrainian attacks on Russian oil refineries, Reuters reported on March 27, citing four undisclosed trade and industry sources.
In the past weeks, Ukrainian forces have launched a series of drone strikes aimed at damaging Russia's oil industry.
While traditionally an exporter of fuel, the recent disruptions led to Russia buying the supplies from abroad and even banning gasoline exports on March 1, Reuters noted.
According to the news agency, Russia bought 3,000 metric tons of Belarusian gasoline in the first half of March, compared to 590 tons in February and none in January.
Two industry sources also told Reuters that discussions on further imports are underway between the Russian and Belarusian governments and oil companies.
The news agency reported earlier that seven Russian refineries have halted the refining capacity of 4.6 million tons of oil, or some 7% of the total, due to drone attacks.

I'd hope he catches so much shite from this but the Russians won't hear what actually happened.

You expect Mikhail and Natasha to voluntarily stick around for three more hours once they've seen little Svetlana as a daffodil?

from Ukrinform...
The locations of all Russian railroad substations near Ukraine have been published online
The locations of all Russian railroad substations at a distance of 250 km from the border with Ukraine were published online.
Analysts from the Ruski Brucken group created the map.
The map was developed to help neutralize the Russian logistics infrastructure used in the war against Ukraine.
Analysts noted that there are about 100 non-civilian railway substations on the map.
“All Russian railroad power substations within a 250 km radius are within easy reach, so a caveman can easily find a $10 million site anywhere in the target area in minutes,” Ruski Brucken’s analysts commented on the map.
Background: About 70% of russia's freight locomotives are electric, the rest being diesel. If Ukraine can strike these substations with drones it is likely that it would disrupt logistics and increase demand for diesel.

That's good, right? That's a good thing? That means Russia is really strong and has strong trade across the world, right?
If the US/EU can keep sending Ukraine 155mm shells, Ukraine really can hold on until the Russian economy just collapses.
