Not really. Is Ukraine out of ammo or just low on artillery shells? How low is the Russian ammo? How effective is Russia moving ammo from front to front on rail/highways in range of Ukraine?

Please provide some links to back this statement up. I follow this war closer than most and I haven't seen anyone (much less a vast majority) make this statement.
I am quite certain that Tucker's favorite military analyst, Col. MacGregor, has said that Ukraine is spent and done, but this wouldn't be the first time he has said it and not the first time he is wrong, as in every prediction he has made thus far.

Fair enough, but still nowhere close to a majority.

Scott Ritter has been saying that the Ukrainians are about to be destroyed and that a Russian victory is inevitable. He's been saying that daily since this began. He said it every day that the Russians were retreating in panic. He is still saying it.
Scott Ritter is an idiot who has never been correct about anything in this war.

you took the words right out of my mouth. He also has no actual tactics and strategy experience, just weapons inspection which he was a failure at.
Edit - He was also an intelligence (aerial/satellite) analyst. Storming Norman was not a fan of this work. Just saying

Russian efforts around Bakhmut indicate that Russian forces have fundamentally failed to learn from previous high-casualty campaigns concentrated on objectives of limited operational or strategic significance
quote:
Even if Russian troops continue to advance toward and within Bakhmut, and even if they force a controlled Ukrainian withdrawal from the city (as was the case in Lysychansk), Bakhmut itself offers them little operational benefit. The costs associated with six months of brutal, grinding, and attrition-based combat around Bakhmut far outweigh any operational advantage that the Russians can obtain from taking Bakhmut. Russian offensives around Bakhmut, on the other hand, are consuming a significant proportion of Russia’s available combat power, potentially facilitating continued Ukrainian counteroffensives elsewhere.

Russian state nuclear power company Rosatom stated that the former chief engineer of the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP) has become the new director of the ZNPP

The Kremlin continues efforts to stifle domestic dissent through legislation that broadens the definition of “foreign agents” and those amenable to foreign influence

The Belarusian Minster of Defense made comments likely in support of ongoing information operations, and some Russian sources reframed those comments so as to place further pressure on Belarusian officials to support Russia’s war in Ukraine.

Russian opinion polling suggests that the Russian public may be tiring of Russia’s war in Ukraine. Russian opposition media outlet Meduza reported on November 30 that it had gained access to the results of an opinion poll commissioned by the Kremlin for internal use that shows that 55 percent of Russians favor peace talks with Ukraine and 25 percent favor continuing the war
quote:
Key Takeaways
The Russian military’s efforts around Bakhmut suggest that Russian forces failed to learn from previous costly campaigns focused on operationally insignificant settlements.
Russian state nuclear company Rosenergoatom appointed a new director for the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant.
The Kremlin continues efforts to stifle domestic dissent through an expansion of measures ostensibly aimed against “foreign agents.”
Russian opinion polling suggests that the Russian public may be growing tired of Russia’s war in Ukraine.
Russian forces continued efforts to defend against Ukrainian counteroffensive operations along the Svatove-Kreminna line.
Russia forces continued to make incremental gains around Bakhmut and to conduct offensive operations in the Avdiivka-Donetsk City area.
A Ukrainian official acknowledged that Ukrainian forces are conducting an operation on the Kinburn Spit.
Russian and Ukrainian sources indicated that Russian officials are continuing to conduct partial mobilization measures.
Russian officials’ ongoing efforts to integrate illegally annexed territories into the Russian Federation are likely very disorganized.

To play a little devil’s advocate here I’m sure both sides are exhausted right now both physically and with ammunition. That’s just normal after almost 10 months of hard fighting. The big thing is though when soldiers get exhausted they lose discipline and make mistakes so the force with the better trained and equipped troops have a distinct advantage. Even the biggest Putin loving troll cocksucker cannot deny which side has the better trained and equipped force right now and that is without a doubt the Ukrainians. They have shown time and time again they are superior in the field tactically and they actually have their troops outfitted with proper cold weather gear and body armor whereas the Russians have been sent to the front with WW2 era uniforms, helmets that can be crushed by punching them with a fist, body armor that isn’t really armor but is filled with foam and no tourniquets or bandages but tampons instead. The Russians are undisciplined, undersupplied, not unified and are filthy soldiers. Next time you see pictures of the trenches for a Ukraine and the trenches for the Russians take notice. One is full of trash and knee deep in mud and water and the other takes pride in their fighting positions while having places to get dry and warm and most importantly keep their dry kits so they aren’t always soaking wet and freezing 24/7. This is all before you factor in the biggest advantage for Ukraine which is the fact that they are fighting on their own land for their homes and families so motivation will always be on their side.

UPDATE ON UKRAINE 01 December 2022
INTELLIGENCE UPDATE
Since October 2022, Russia has repeatedly attacked Ukraine's electricity distribution grid, primarily with cruise missiles. This is likely the first example of Russia attempting to implement the concept of a Strategic Operation for the Destruction of Critically Important Targets (SODCIT), a key component of the military doctrine it has adopted in recent years.
Russia envisioned SODCIT as using long-range missiles to strike an enemy state's critical national infrastructure, rather than its military forces, to demoralise the population and ultimately force the state's leaders to capitulate.
Russia's strikes continue to cause power shortages resulting in indiscriminate, widespread humanitarian suffering across Ukraine. However, its effectiveness as a strategy has likely been blunted because Russia has already expended a large proportion of its suitable missiles against tactical targets. Also, with Ukraine having successfully mobilised for nine months, material and psychological effect of the SODCIT is likely less than if it was deployed in the initial period of a war.

Russian Public Support for War Plummets – Leaked Poll
A leaked Kremlin poll has revealed that public support for Russia’s invasion of Ukraine has dropped significantly, with just one in four Russians now in favor.
Published by the Kremlin’s Federal Guard Service (FSO), the report was intended for the eyes of senior government officials, but was leaked to independent Russian news site Meduza.
The fall in public support for keeping Russian soldiers in Ukraine (down from 57 percent in July), follows widespread disapproval of President Vladimir Putin’s calls for mobilization and the forced conscription of hundreds of thousands of Russian men to the front lines.
Last week, the Russian president attempted to placate the public backlash by meeting with the wives and mothers of Russian troops, telling them not to believe “lies” about the invasion during a special event held at his personal residence in Nov-Ogarevo, near Moscow.
“I want you to know that I personally, all the leaders of the country, share this pain,” he said. “We know that nothing can replace the loss of a son.”
The meeting was slammed by the founder of Russia’s Council of Mothers and Wives, Olga Tsukanova, who said in a video address that Putin should meet with “real mothers,” rather than “hand-picked” individuals.
It was later revealed that only one of the 17 women who attended the meeting actually had a son conscripted into the army.

And this is not the only poll that's shown declining Russian support for the war. There have been two others that came from completely different sources.
The question is when the when the breaking point comes. It's why Ukraine is going to continue to put substantial pressure on Russian troops and there won't be any winter lull in the fighting.
