To be fair to the Russians, 50% of America believed the Russian dossier and we had government officials pushing the lie. Propaganda is strong and works on Russians and Americans as well.

Again, you don't understand anything about Pakistan. There are essentially two governments, a civilian one and a military one. Which one do you think the US gave money to, repeatedly?

“We have a saying in America, we say that nations with allies thrive, nations without allies wither and we’re watching Russia wither before our eyes right now," Mattis said.

When asked what military lessons could be taken from the war so far, the former US Marine said: “One is don’t have incompetent generals in charge of your operations.” He also called Russia's military performance "pathetic" and decried "the immoral, the tactically incompetent, operationally stupid and strategically foolish effort" of its campaign in Ukraine.

quote:

“The tragedy of our time is that Putin is a creature straight out of Dostoevsky. He goes to bed every night angry, he goes to bed every night fearful, he goes to bed every night thinking that Russia is surrounded by nightmares and this has guided him,” he said.

I didn’t see it. What is your number?

I will start at 1 Billion, the exact amount that Biden is giving the cities to offset discrimination that happened when the interstates were built through their cities.

I reserve the right to add more every time Biden pisses away money on stupid stuff.

I’m not lying. I just didn’t read it. I barely enter this thread anymore except when clear Ukrainian corruption happens, and y’all all get pissed when I point out the elephant in the room. But doing that makes you a Putin supporter obviously.

Brah, you posted a gif in response to my original statement. I can go find it again, but you had the chance then to discuss it. Why you decided to be glib then and are suddenly asking me to write out my entire post again is pretty dishonest, don't you think?

What an insane list. AQ is directly relevant, but Saddam might be, although we also sold weapons to the Iranians.

quote:

Ummmm, look around you. How about you use those funds to enforce our own border instead.

Is funding the Ukrainian government directly related to our own enforcement of the border? My personal opinion is that we should develop our border areas, with both Mexico and Canada, through the development of free-trade zones, which is a better solution to me than building a wall. But alas.

quote:

And again, I’m concerned if Putin is going to lose it if we continue to directly finance this war, he’s going to say “frick it”, and send a couple of bombs towards a NATO country.

You are suggesting he is going to act as emotionally as you? Because leaders looking at a geopolitical situation and saying 'frick it, let me ensure the death of a few billion people just for funsies' beggars belief. This is a child's view of geopolitics. It is genuinely retarded.

I believe the military, but too bad I look at the civilian government as an accomplice, so I still say cut off all foreign aid from Pakistan for it. They all knew he was there. It’s why Obama didn’t tip them off.

You have no ability to understand nuance. I can only hope our foreign policy establishment isn't as stupid as you are. My god.

This is over 3 months old from the first weeks of the war when Kiev was still being shelled and this is the second time posted in this thread today. It must really making the rounds in the fever swamps.

Yep. Can't wait for the Ukrainian Marshall Plan. Progs think money flows to the poor from Government. It flows to the Rich.

So many people will be making money off this scam. We are neck deep in it already, needed to stay out.

But money is to be made.

The never ending cycle of you coming to your senses, then going to the poli board for a week or two, then coming back in hot with super sweet memes and lecturing us how everyone is wrong, then coming back to your senses only to go back to the poli board again for another week or two is starting to be accurate timewise as a woman's period.
