The proof is down the road and not for now as the clueless seem to think.
Sure their gross receipts for sale of oil is up, and we know about the discounts given to China and India, which obviously reduces net return, but what is unclear is whether there a rebates given and adding to expense.
Russia has proven that it doesn't have to technology to drill and produce efficiently on its own. In the past, at least in 2015, drilling was funded by the World Bank, in Russia.
Chips and parts to repair/replace their devastated military hardware will make replenishment in 4 years turn to a decade in a hurry. Russia cannot make some of its own parts. That capability just doesn't exist.
Russia uses imported labor from several NATO countries for turnarounds and new construction in its chemical/refining sector. It lacks skilled labor. Without the imported labor, production will likely suddenly take a nosedive in say a year if not sooner.

That please don’t use our howitzers to strike into Russia directive may be null and void. A whole lot more may now be on the table actually.
That’s not a realistic option for Ukraine nor would it help them.

There is exaggerating and then there is out right lying and Russian propaganda needs to do better at that balance

Lt Col Daniel Davis -
“There is no rational reason to hope that the war can turn around, because Russia is methodically moving forward and destroying the Ukrainian armed forces in the Donbas.”
The situation in Ukraine is 'overwhelmingly' in favor of Russia

Curious what the reason is behind this

President Zelensky signed a decree dismissing Ukraine's Ambassador to Georgia, Ihor Dolhov, to Slovakia, Yurii Mushka, and to Portugal, Inna Ohnivets, all appointed under Zelensky's predecessor Petro Poroshenko.

This seems to me to be more questionable military assistance as I I think Ukraines navy has not been operational since the invasion started, but someone correct me if I'm wrong

Just in case this youtube of HIMARS in action hasn't been posted yet.
Land forces of Ukraine
Translated caption...
M142 HIMARS multiple rocket launchers are already working in the interests of Ukraine's defense. Artillerymen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine skillfully hit certain targets - military targets of the enemy on our, Ukrainian, territory.

“Artillerymen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine skillfully hit determined targets – enemy military objects on our own Ukrainian territory.
Many thanks to the American people for provided weapons!
Our goal is Victory,” the Ukrainian servicemen stressed in a statement.

Ukraine has already bombed Russian supply depots, fuel and ammo in Russia. They also blew up a refinery in Russia.

some OLD former Soviet vessels along with OLD former USCG patrol craft. They sold off some of the fleet such as a former not completed aircraft carrier to China a few decades ago, not sure how much old Soviet vessels sold in addition to this. This was after Clinton and Yeltsin assured Ukraine of being secure.
The new vessels seem to be more advanced than old Soviet crap under 40 feet long. these seem more apt from commando raids along the coast.
