Imagine that you have to go before a black judge for a civil case, a traffic matter, a criminal case or anything.
The Judge you have to go before was on the news last week. He was recorded saying I can't stand those honky arse crackers. They're always letting their dog shite on my lawn. Stupid crackers.
The Judge apologizes for his comments.
Are you, as a honky cracker, comfortable going in front of that judge, confident that you will get a fair shake? That's the point.

First, IWHI and second.. This is a hard one only because she is a judge. She was in her own home after someone broke in her home. When you are pissed you say some pissed off shite, but she is a judge and if I had to go to trial and the judge would be a black judge that was caught saying some racial shite about white people, I would hope my lawyer would do everything possible to get that lawyer removed from the trail.
