Even if you are racist, why would you give some kids a study guide and physically highlight for some and tell them not to tell others? This will only come back to haunt you, if true.
The best I could see, is that the instructor offered dome help to some, while the others weren't around to be helped.

This is weird. They also claim to have recordings, but I'm not sure what is quoted actually makes any sense.

This is what I think happened. On that day these complaining students weren't there. Its the day the rest of the class went over the material and highlighted what would be on the exam. The teacher then told the class not to share it with the ones who felt they didn't need to come to class on such an important day.
