So said white student was smart enough to go to said teacher's office hours and ask for help? This happens all the time. Students take their notes to the professor and they let the student know what is important and what isn't.

This is what I think happened. On that day these complaining students weren't there. Its the day the rest of the class went over the material and highlighted what would be on the exam. The teacher then told the class not to share it with the ones who felt they didn't need to come to class on such an important day.



I had teachers do that. Someone would always break and share notes, though.
