LA Tax Refunds delayed?

Anyone else not received their state refund? I filed 2/5 and still haven't heard anything and their website is useless. Of course they're closed today b/c it rained.

Didn't get mine last year until June. Lots of excuses, but it boils down to they don't want to let go of the money.

Filed mine 1/29 and GA and haven't gotten it back yet. Never taken more than a couple of weeks before.

I just went check, and yep I didn't receive my state refund yet either. Federal Refund was deposited in my account on Feb. 10.

This is why it's better for you to owe rather than them. You're way more likely to pay on time than they are, and you have almost no recourse for them withholding your money, compared to them who can literally take everything you own.

I haven't gotten mine yet either. I filed around that time.
My cpa said expect it to take 60 days. So yea should be here by april 5 or so.
