Well theres a reason Edmondson campaigned so hard for JBE. He thought he had his back
But after Edmondson pulled that retirement perk BS, and then paid his troopers to vacay with him. Landry was all up in his arse. I guess the retirement keeps him out of a trial??

This has all to do with Zurick's investigative reporting citing him as the signature approving these guys overtime pay. This also gives zurick carte Blanche to investigate anything and everything regarding state police. His life is about to get a lot worse

Probably best for him to move on. More and more issues cropping up at LSP, he's been there for a while, gotten a lot of honors, etc.

For the first time in the history of the La. State Police, its association actively backed a politician for political office, JBE. Without approval of the troopers in the organization, most who knew nothing about it. Edmonson was/is Supt. of the State Police. He kept his job when JBE was elected & decided to keep him on. Connect the dots. And there are 1000's of other dots out there, too. The audit will show just how many trips he took on the State's nickle. Among a lot of other things.

Two members of the State Police Commission Board (or whatever the frick it's called) have resigned in the past few weeks to distance theirselves from Edmondson. Something more than this Vegas trip (which was fricking retarded) is going on.
