If I were her I’d claim it was aspirin. Hits faster by snorting. Yes it was in bad taste, actually incredibly stupid to do in front of her students. But I don’t think junk snorting aspirin is illegal.

This is a question that's never even occurred to me. Is there an actual statute addressing the particular method of ingestion of prescribed medication? Has anyone ever been charged with this?
