You're under arrest for taking your meds in an illegal way. Snorting doesn't increase the effects, but it looks bad.
The fact that she passed out probably means that she was taking more than what was prescribed, which is illegal.

I can't find anything on the snorting other than "it's not the intended manner of ingestion."
Taking more than prescribed is all I could find as definitely a no no.
