Dude needs to probably stay in jail at this point. He had way too many altercations like this in the past. We can say he needs help, but if any of us had assaulted others and been arrested as many times as him, we would still be in jail

He’s 5’ 9”. While not tall he’s not a short guy either. Average height means he was probably similar to the driver.

I think we have all had a ride-share driver that we wanted to assault at some point because they wouldn't shut the hell up and quit talking about inane things that I didn't care to hear about.
$50 fine and time served for Kiefer. Next case, judge.
