Sounds like you need to start chasing your 23 year-old son up and down the hallway while making bear noises.

Bro. First off don't be posting about my kids. Second, I rock Ed Hardy, not affliction. Third, stop sleeping so damn late.

Was thinking the same same thing and letting my 21 year old son and 24 year old daughter join in.

Fortunately they just checked out. As we passed one of the moms and her kids in the hall my daughter asked the kids politely to move so we could get by. As the elevator doors closed the mom yelled for us to not push her kid anymore. Huh?

There's a Motel 6 Extended Stay in Killeen, Texas that you would have thought it was Cell Block 9.

And this is an honestly selfish and fricked up attitude that is WAY too prevalent circa 2019.

I have a 9 y/o daughter and I am generally blessed that she behaves well in public but I was generally ALWAYS on guard in the early years for what I felt was behavior on her part that I would not want to be subjected to myself if the roles were reversed and dealt with even the appearance/assumption of said behavior. That to me is just being fundamentally courteous. If we get beyond that point, where most folks practice walking around, fundamental courtesy...that does not bode well at all.

I think for $120/night, you should expect people to not run up and down the hall screaming.

LONG-awaited legislation is about to be passed, allowing fully grown adults to trip kids running around their feet in restaurants, pubs, trains, wedding receptions, and all public areas across the country.

Until now, spirited youngsters were legally entitled to run as fast as they fricking can, wherever they like

quote:

From Monday, adults will be able to trip kids up with no legal recourse, whether they do it by simply sticking their foot out at the right time, or push a stool out in front of them just as they fly past.

“The law we had was madness; kids were allowed to tear around restaurants, and adults weren’t allowed to floor them? Insane” said Judge Anne Barry, prepping herself for some serious tripping in the coming weeks.
