Turn it off
Change the gear, N or P doesn't matter
Hit the brake
Hit the e-brake
At that low speed, turn the wheel and you could probably get it caught on the curb with no damage
She could just put her fat arse under a wheel and it would probably stop too.
I'm not even getting creative here. There are lots of ways for her slow uncoordinated arse to stop the car.

Alls I'm saying is they all require getting into the car. The realistic ones at least.
