Reading between the lines, I think there's a good chance the nudes the students looked at/shown were the male teacher, potentially without his consent.
That's a no-no on several other levels.

Yeah you’re probably right and that’s definitely worse.
Not exactly a great idea to be sending nudes to people (let alone a colleague) but you’d think someone who you’re (presumably) romantically involved with would do the bare minimum to protect your privacy.

You would think they would update this statute to include women. The way it's written, there is no statute for a woman to commit this crime.

How do people keep making that mistake? I don't understand why people haven't learned that you just can't send pictures and expect them not to be stored somewhere. She's a complete dumbass and both of them should be fired if they sent them during school time

The is why I keep all of my wife's nudes in a separate folder on my phone, the cover photo of that album is my hairy arse.

If the kids went though her phone without her permission, could she be the victim here?
I understand she more than likely broke school policy for having inappropriate material on her computer via the phone but that is a separate issue

While she was doing stuff with her class, a couple of students playing music on her computer, was then the other teacher sent a dick pic to her phone? And it appeared on her laptop for those students to see?
Or was in on an open file on her laptop from the night before and she let students use that computer, and the students saw pics from both teachers?
