When you say “set to make”, that is hypothetically speaking. No guarantees what her situation will look like down the road.
I do know all of the expert witnesses that are charging her, they don’t give her an IOU. She had to sell her house and hasn’t worked since Winter of 2022.

Sure but as you pointed out, she has already raised $1 million. I wonder how much she got paid to let a camera crew film the entire first trial and make a documentary about it. If they were struggling for money I'm not sure she would be living in a hotel and eating out every other night, but maybe all of that is given to her for free.
I applaud you for donating to her defense. I was thinking about myself that if I was totaling cars on the regular, my money would be going elsewhere. But if you got it like that keep donating.

Also went on to say that what has been raised is being used to pay witnesses travel, lodging, etc
Her main 3 lawyers have decided to not take a penny and will be there to defend her for as long as need be because they cannot allow an innocent woman to lose her life.

And that interview took place after the first trial, so it has to be much more going through a second one.

I would imagine there have been several private donations that haven’t been broadcasted/publicized as well.

All of this evidence was analyzed for DNA. They found Officer John O'Keefe's DNA on all the evidence. However, they found 2 other contributors sometimes more than 2 other contributors to the DNA found. The scientist that tested the DNA evidence testified that the other contributors could have been anyone.
The evidence that was analyzed included anything from taillight lenses material, pieces of broken glass and Officer John O'Keefe's own clothes.
Why didn't the investigators have the lab find out who all these DNA contributors were? Oh yea I know the answer to the question.....

Well yea because in Bev's mind Karen is guilty and this is all just a formality.

What was her rationale / basis for allowing it in court? I am not a lawyer but it doesn’t seem like you should be allowed to introduce new evidence to replace old evidence that has been disproven already in court mid trial.

Well, I just spoke with Alan Jackson and Karen. They were at my Whole Foods. He’s an incredibly nice guy. I talked to him more than her.

Well the judge has allowed the commonwealth to change the time of the impact for the third time. It just so happens that every time the time is changed it comes not long after the defense points out how their time couldn’t not have happened.
