That made me squirm a bit for her. I didn’t get to watch much today but that part I caught and it was painful to watch her realize in real time that she mistook a reflection … lol

From the outside looking in, it looks like this case is a complete shite show.

Once the weasel loses this case, he'll realize the damage he has done to his career.
"Oh you're the guy who lost the KR trial? Nah I'm good, will find another attorney k thx"
What's on the agenda for today? I missed all of yesterday.

Did yall hear auntie bev call Yanetti an a-hole under her breath?

Someone in the court tv you tube chat yesterday said Bev ended court early because she had a pedicure scheduled and the vet closed at 5.

Bev does seem to run the court schedule at her convenience.
no salt found in the taillight housing! That has the potential to tank the Commonwealth and Michael Proctor even further.

this "scientist" didn't do any testing on the clothes until May 2023. That was a year and 3 months after the incident. It just so happens that Turtleboy wrote his first story on this case in April 2023. Looks very much like after Turlteboy wrote his first story they decided they needed to do some actual testing on the "evidence" they had in the case.
Multiple people should go to jail! Proctor, McCabe, and Albert should catch some charges.

I want to see Jen McCabe charged. That woman knows what shes doing. She has no choice but to hang onto the lies for dear life at this point and trying to keep them straight between what she’s told the okeefe family, the cops and the FBI must be a challenge. At the very least perjury but accessory to murder and obstruction of justice fits too.

Finally a medical examiner on the stand. I imagine she won’t be of much help on cause of death for the prosecution.

Jen McCabe
How is it the O'Keefe family does not see this?

Brennan asked the forensic scientist if "water ever acts as an adhesive".

I can’t figure it out either. I guess to each their own and call me crazy but if it were my relative murdered, I would want the actual murder in jail and not some scapegoat. It wouldn’t make me feel better to charge an innocent person.

There should presumably be salt in the taillight housing if she cracked it hitting him then drove around on roads that had been salted is my guess.
Posted on 5/15/25 at 9:24 am to idlewatcher
So I think they are insinuating the tail light was cracked but not fragmented when driven to sally port. Once in the garage they ran tests on broken area without salt. If it was cracked at the scene and she drove around with an open tail light there could be salt from the road in the housing.
Posted on 5/15/25 at 9:25 am to jchamil
Ahh ok, I figured it would be due to salted roads.

If the taillight was broken at 12:30am like the commonwealth alleged the inside of the taillight would have salt, snow and road grim. Like seen on the body of the Lexus.
After Karen would have hit John O'Keefe she drove to John's house then drove to Jen's house at 5am and back to John's house then the Lexus was driven to her parents house which was 45 minutes away. Then the Lexus was put on a tow truck at 4:15pm and driven back to Canton again (another 45 minute drive).
that would be roughly 16 hours that the inside of the taillight was exposed to blizzard conditions and over 1 and half hours of travel on salted roads.
When you look at the taillight in pictures or the actual taillight it is spotless while the body of the lexus is covered with road grim.
The only way that is possible is if the taillight was busted in the Canton Sallyport.
