I agree. No way the impact from a car broke the tail light and gashed his arm like that in the same single impact, IMHO. That's what the defense needs an expert to say.

To me, this is what happens when you have a witness who is straight forward, is credible and knows her field. She’s comfortable up there and he can’t catch her because there is nothing to lie about. She has a reason why she came up with her conclusions and confidently explains it. He needs to hang it up.

Exactly. I am not at all any type of expert, but I remember seeing the the marks on his arm for the first time and thinking that there was no way that was caused by being hit by a vehicle. Its too specific especially since his only marks were on his arm and the back of his head. That makes no sense.

You mean besides Brennan cheating and Alessi calling for a mistrial with prejudice?
They are on break while she considers how to tell KR's defense team to frick off. There are tons of situations just like this DNA debacle which will bode well for her in the event she were to get convicted.

Let’s look on the bright side. I don’t think a jury can find her guilty of any changes beyond reasonable doubt and they can’t try her again afterward. Let’s hope that is the case anyway.

If she’s found not guilty of what she’s being charged with, she cannot be tried again for same crime.
If mistrial, the CW has stated they will try her as many times as it takes … don’t know if they were bluffing or what.

Right. I wasn’t sure if you were saying if the jury doesn’t find her guilty then she can’t be tried again or not.
