So ole Shanon's timeline was 24hours off. His timeline started on January 29th and ended on January 30th.
Based on this timeline the jury should completely disregard his testimony. Shanon is sloppy at best if not just in the tank for the prosecution.
Then he didn't realize his timeline was wrong during cross. It seems that Shanon actually believes the events in his timeline happened between january 29th and January 30th. WTH Aperture?

Shits getting worse for Shanon.
ANOTHER different date, now 2024, was submitted to federal court. Dude is getting worked.
I do want to know when he was last enrolled.

I really didn’t think it could be worse today for Shan*on than yesterday. I stand corrected. Holy shite. This guy has undoubtedly cost himself a job and has definitely destroyed the reputation of Aperture. I can’t wait to hear Alesi cross the Aperture VP.

I’m just getting caught up with today’s testimony.
Alessi absolutely went in dry today.

He is masterful. And Shanon wasn’t even bright enough to realize he was walking into traps, one after another. I do have to give him credit. He took it like a man. A very uncomfortable man, but he sat there and got paid.

His credentials for those previous cases he was involved in need to be reviewed.
No different than a street bum who has a tent on a sidewalk is an architect.

I don’t think this will affect any past cases. He doesn’t need a degree, but you can’t represent that you have a degree when you do not.
This will absolutely affect his credibility in this case and future cases.
Then when you add in that his timeline was 24hr off, he says there is an accepted 1 minute drift in his field, but then he goes on to stat I can nail down this timeline to the second. It all goes to his credibility.

Still can’t believe he did that
That is clown school 101. Amazing.
One thing however that the CW did well was explaining away the dates of his education. He gave Shanon the out he needed to make his case that “family, work etc got in the way” albeit for 15 years

Auntie Bev getting a leisurely start this morning.

Well this is interesting... Bev sending the jurors back to the deliberation room. She lets them know that she will be pulling them out one by one to talk to them individually at sidebar.

Sending every juror back to deliberation room and speaking to each one individually with counsel before starting.
You beat me boosie. Lol

Wonder if anyone has been auditing her objection sustaining rulings. Seems they inevitably favor the state.

Bev has zero control over this trial. I believe this is very shady just like in the first trial.

Assignments of error just stacking up.

What would be the reason for this? Does she think they have been compromised?

either someone outside of the jury or someone on the jury got a message to the judge that something happened. I know so informative
During the first trial it was an officer that told the judge a juror was at the local VFW hall talking about the case with people, and that juror was eventually kicked off the jury.

That's right! I forgot about that.
