Aperture still has it on their website that he has a B.S. in Mathematics and Business Administration.
If they kept his resume, I'd bet he lied on it.

I don't even think you necessarily need a degree to be an "expert" so to lie about it is absolutely wild.
Okay. I saw where he was being grilled about his education. I heard where he said today he earned his degree in 2022.. On his profile, it says "in 2008, while attending college". Did he lie in the first trial?

He got an associate’s degree in 2008, and may have been in the process of obtaining a bachelor degree since sometime after 2008 but never finished.
ETA: kosmo corrected this timeline. It shouldn’t be this hard to follow

No he didn’t testify in the 1st trial.

I believe he started the Bachelor's in 2008, got an Associates in 2015, and listed that he obtained the BS degree in 2018 on his LinkedIn. He has been trying to get the BS for 17 years. Allessi asked him that and he said yes.

Alessi n Co should subpoena their marketing team and grill them how they knowingly put up false information and see who they blame. One of them needs to fall on the sword.

Even his portrayal of the dates are incorrect

This entire cross has been extremely embarrassing for this guy. I can't imagine he keeps his job after this.

Well two things have happened.
1. It's now known that Aperture not only hires dedicated liars, but also keep them employed.
2. This guy lies and can't be trusted so his next stop will have tons of scrutiny once he gets canned

Looks like he is going to have plenty of time to finish that degree in general studies!

Is it common for the defendant to approach the judge with their lawyer? I am asking because I notice Karen goes up with the team anytime they approach the bench.

Yes, the defendant has a right to be a part of everything that goes on in their trial.

She originally asked for headphones so she did not have to go up there. That was denied.
