Meanwhile, KR is probably telling him it's silly to go over there to confront him nor does she want to be found out.

Why wouldn't this have come up in any of her interviews if this discussion happened?

the bar to become a Massachusetts State Trooper must be incredibly low.

To me they had two ways to go about this: they could try to lay low, answer questions as simply as possible, head down and get through it or they could do what most have done and give pretend credibility to an investigation that had none from start to finish. I think they will see they chose the wrong route and I don’t know if anyone can save careers at this point. Just ask proctor. Bottom line, whoever decided this needed to go to court TWICE made a laughing stock out of the whole CW.

Side note. AJ is a hellova defense attorney.

Maybe she didn’t want to get labeled as a tramp. Maybe she had other skeletons. Keep in mind we have only learned of her and BH playing hide the candle because of these texts. Had their phones not been seized, we would’ve never known this.

And this was conjecture fyi

The commonwealth filed a motion to voir dire Yuri in the middle of his testimony.

I'm assuming this is not a very common thing in trials.

Does this have to do with the jury?

It's not. The Commonwealth hoped to not have to call Proctor by talking about how Bukhenik and Proctor were together the entire time. However, Jackson blew that up so now they want to limit what their own witness can testify on - after direct. It's insane.

The judge is going to have a hard time justifying limiting Yuri's testimony when he had already claimed
1. Proctor was not 'lead'
2. While giving eachother handjobs, they collected evidence together

This should be interesting.

Man I sure was hoping we were done with this guy on the stand today. I’m so tired of this smug arrogant face and his interpretation of the English language lol

Not me. Dude is being humiliated and tanking the CW’s case.

I have a feeling he will not be a MA State Trooper this time next month.
