Wonder if they hooked up when she went to his house.

My thought is that he did it to punish Yuri for being an a-hole on the stand.

I think they did based on his text asking her how it was, but I also vaguely remember Higgins' testimony in the first trial as that night being "awkward". So who knows.

All this time goes by and I just realized we haven’t heard from a medical examiner about the victim’s body and how it relates. I find that weird. They put a phone forensics woman in the stand to basically defend mccabe’s search (McCabe is not on trial). They put a meteorologist to tell us it was cold in Boston in January but no medical examiner ?

The medical examiner testified that it was inconclusive regarding the manner of death and a vehicle strike.

Blunt force trauma (allegedly the cold ground per the CW) and hypothermia is the cause of death, and noted scrapes of various sizes on his arm.

It's not a great witness for the CW, and the defenses experts are much better obviously.

And/or to make sure the jury heard all of it in case Brian Higgins pleads the 5th.

Why would Higgins plead the 5th?

Kind of leaning toward they did as well. Plus they went a couple days before talking again.

I tend to think that she truly did like Higgins, with a tinge of trying to get back at John for his womanizing particularly on the Aruba trip around New Years and them being on the outs. But, then they finally hooked up and she did not like it so she ghosted him.

I find Higgins never texting her back after "John died" interesting.

I thought AJ just quit having Yuri read the texts. That is very interesting. Did he not care?

Don't know. Was just repeating a comment I saw in the chat section.

Yuri did admit that Karen’s Lexus made contact with John O’Keefes traverse at 5:07am. Which differs from his previous court testimony that the Lexus came close to the traverse.

Not that it’s ever sane behavior but she’s way too old to still behave that way.
And the thing of it is, she is very intelligent.

An overabundance of alcohol will get you every time.

This is a great watch for any who hasn't seen it.

We are finally learning about the dog named Chloe that has been rehomed at least 2 times and is no longer named Chloe.

And there are zero records of the rehoming. Where in the F is the dog?

I can't get over Yuri saying they didn't need to interview Ryan Nagle and his girlfriend because they asked the driver if they would have the same recollection. Are you kidding me?

Meh, they needed to get it out there, how better to do it than with one of the most unlikable witnesses for the prosecution?!!

@ that gif

So looking into the video from the bar, it sure as heck looks like a set up. BH was probably hammered and talking shite, OJO decides he's not going to be a b*tch so he goes over to 34 Fairview as well. Meanwhile, KR is probably telling him it's silly to go over there to confront him nor does she want to be found out.

This cross today was legit!

So Jackson had Coach O's illegitimate Ukrainian kid read the texts

1) to start laying the foundation for the 3rd party
2) because he knew block head would take several hours to do so, and he could run out the clock for the weekend

Not sure if it was worse listening to Higgins do it or Yuri, but I'm sure the jury was on the edges of their seats.
