I've said from the beginning, if I'm on that jury, I cannot vote to convict if the prosecution cannot show me 100% how the arm wounds are from being hit by that SUV. If they can't, adios.

The prosecution’s witnesses have been bad the last two days of trial. They don’t have much option. And, it will get worse when they call Proctor. This investigation was so bad and so many coincidences. And making him read the messages was really good cross strategy. I did not realize Higgins sent to messages to her that night.
There are just a lot of coincidences.

Family pet owned by a policeman.
To think a GSD owned by a policemen underwent Schutzhund type training is more likely than not.
Besides the training, it’s instinctual behavior for GSD’s.

There is a chance they don't call Proctor. Some think Brennan is trying to get all of Proctor's testimony in through this guy so they can avoid calling Proctor.
The defense would then have to call him as a witness.

I believe the dog had been in K9 police training, but had flunked out. Why? I don’t know?
