Yup.
Why don't you think Proctor will be called by the defense? I'd imagine a fired cop/lead investigator on this very case doing shady things would be a boon to the defense.

has the commonwealth said they don't intend to call Proctor?
If the defense calls Proctor Hank would be able cross him. Maybe they don't want to allow that.

I haven't seen it confirmed but I've seen more and more speculation that they might not call him. It would definitely be easier for the commonwealth to cross instead of direct. I also wonder if the defense would consider using that as a point in closing. Something to the effect of "don't you think it's strange that the lead investigator who has since been fired was never even called to testify by the commonweath?" However I guess they can still make that argument even if the defense decides to call him. Would they have to call him in order to introduce the texts as evidence?

yea probably so. I was just trying to give a reason why maybe they wouldn't want to call him.

He was the lead investigator on this case and was fired for his malfeasance for how it was handled (including the texts). They are going o hammer him.
We'll see if Brennan has the balls to call him and try to mitigate that in their case in chief. I doubt it.

They just showed the ring video of Karen leaving and that passenger side tail light is not destroyed at that point. It's obviously still red.
I also love the implication from the Commonwealth that Karen deleted the ring camera footage of her coming home at 12:36. Why would she do that? It doesn't make sense.

To me, it's very clear she hit the car behind. You can see a slight shift in the 2nd car once hit.

She absolutely did. When the defense plays that and zooms in you will even see something fall.
Also the tow truck video showing "white" tail light is laughable. There was a whole lot of red in that video.

I think Turtleboy is a POS but this tweet of his shows the tail light has only a small break which happened by hitting John's car.

Dude is getting his arse kicked left and right. Trying to put distance between himself and Proctor and it's not working.......at all
100% coached to say (repeatedly) "muh it points to one person and one person only". And he keeps refering to KR as "the defendant" instead of KR which speaks volumes as well.
