His narrative of the group investigation just went out the window. This was 100% Michael Proctor's baby.

"I thought you were talking about a different house." Are you kidding me? This man is a stain on law enforcement.

Cannot for the life of me figure out why he was so hellbent on being obstinate and difficult. Surely he knew where the defense was going with this, should have let the defense get through and move on. Now he’s going piece by piece really hammering in the proctor angle.

Proctor is his boy is why. So he's trying to not only minimize his involvement, but simultaneously protect him.

I've been out of town for work. What happened?
Yuri pulled out a shoe and Hank asked if it was the shoe that he got from the hospital. Yuri looks at the bag and says no this is the shoe found at 34 fairview.
So at that point they admitted two shoes that were found at 34 fairview. The defense immediately objected and the judge sent the jury away went her chambers. They came back and they let the prosecution redo the evidence introduction.

Because he is covering for a cop who may have been involved in the death of John O'Keefe. He, like all of the CW cops, hate Alan Jackson.

The documentary of Karen preparing for the 2nd trial actually made me dislike her as a person

I watched Proctors testimony in full last night from 1st trial.
I wouldn’t put him on the stand either.

Boyfriend.
And I'm for her (sort of).

I would be terrified if I lived in Massachusetts with Yuri as a detective for the state.
This dude said an evidence log would have been redundant.
The report about them finding some of the taillight on the lawn of 34 fairview was written in november of 2023. That is 18 months after the the taillight pieces were found, and Yuri seemed to be unbothered by it. "ah sometimes we write reports at later dates"

That guy did himself and the CW no favors with his sparkling personality. Evasive, vague, arrogant. Every time he said he can’t verify this or that piece of evidence I imagine AJ’s blood boiling. He had a choice when he took the stand to appear objective and answer questions and he chose to defend a guy who has been fired for malfeasance on this case and poor police practices. If I’m on the jury, I’m questioning everything the canton police touched after this.

Yuri is with the Mass State Police. The Canton Police Department was conflicted off the case because the owner of 34 fairview has a brother that was on the Canton police department.

Ugh I knew that, my bad.

Yeah. Huge red flag. Whole field of waving red flags. Not that it’s ever sane behavior but she’s way too old to still behave that way. Besides, I’ve found that an evenly spoken word or two gets across my fury much more effectively

Wouldn’t be surprised to see a lot of Michael Proctor’s cases overturned either for manufacturing evidence or general malfeasance
Posted on 5/8/25 at 4:52 pm to idlewatcher
I think he’s a piece of shite but I doubt he’s so personally connected to all the rest of his cases. He really shouldn’t have been involved in this investigation.
Posted on 5/8/25 at 6:25 pm to LSUGrrrl
Yea maybe not but he clearly has the propensity to do so.
I’d file a grievance for review if I were one of his collars
