I detest paid stooges who will emphasise the good and dismiss the bad.

One thing I wished she would've done is had better perspective.
Yeah, the girl in the video is biased. She is talking in absolute, but I just thought is was a good visual despite the fact she made it seem like the body would have been a lot more visible and that someone should have seen it just looking out of the front window.

Auntie Bev had to tell the jury to ignore her biased expressions

the bigger courtroom is orientated in a way that positions that jury behind the witness stand. So the jury wouldn't be able to see the witnesses face and the defense asked for a different room because of that.
It seems like that should be a pretty important design element for a courtroom.. making sure the jurors can actually see the witnesses.

100% and I wasn't knocking you I hope you know that. Just rubbed me the wrong way when she was speaking in certainties and her animations also depicted the same.
Any further developments? I had to check out b/c of a meeting when Hyde was getting blasted by Alessi

I didn't see much today, I am looking at summaries from today.
This gal took the witness stand.

This guy reveals O'Keefe had two black eyes during autopsy.

That dude comes off as the stereotypical smartass cop,

Yup I noticed that too. The trooper before him did a good job. Reported accordingly and truthfully and didn’t get rattled.
Trooper Keith was a squirming dbag and was for sure bullied in grade school.

Jen made 200 calls in about 5 days. 5 calls when the FBI came calling. I just saw a video pointing out how much of this case is based upon things she said. If she's not credible...

yea the case should be dropped
I saw that Yuri Buchanik (I'm sure I misspelled his last name) is testifying today. How will Hank deal with the Sally Port video?

Pretty sure I have never deleted a call or a search, only texts.

Same here
Jen definitely knows what actually happened to John O’Keefe

Still can’t figure out how this has even gone to trial, not once but twice.

One thing that bothers me about this case is how it has come to light on how different “reputable” experts and “reputable” recovery softwares can have completely opposite opinions/outcomes. That’s pretty disturbing when you think about how easily these softwares/experts can put innocent people in jail or let guilty people go free.

Right? It seems like something so black and white as coding should be absolute.
I can understand the frustration on cross when you know so much technical information about a topic and a layman comes out and gets an aha moment with an oversimplification. But the other hand is as a specialist, she should have seen it coming. She was blind sighted by something so simple as missing when he manually locked his phone. To me that. Reallllly calls into question her credibility.

No joke. Whoever's "paid expert" is more convincing wins. Am curious to see how this pans out for Hyde. She got taken to task for her report and could only defend it to a certain degree. Does that company want someone working for them that can't defend their program?

That's true. I guess it's just much more easy for me to see how two different doctors might have varying opinions vs two different phone exaction softwares spitting out two different results.
